I'm Tired Being Judged!!

Life is a journey.. That what most of the people said. But to me, the journey will only meaningful if only we learn form it. Everything happened for a reason, that what I always told myself each times I am facing difficulties. That’s how I handle everything in my life.

After five years, being here and working for my current employer started to torturing me. As an executive, my responsibilities are to monitor and administer my department. I do love my job which I started to develop every work system that we currently implemented. But I wish that I have a manager and not reporting direct to the general manager who have no idea of what human resources are. I realized that was a good exposure to me but being less appreciated very demoralized me. Everything I have done never seems enough. It is not I am not trying, but I do try my best. But when it is involving another parties who really less cooperative, it is very disappoint me..

But I think that is what ‘job’ all about. One of my friends told me, “Just suck it up.. That’s what we being paid for..” Arrghhh.. I wish it that’s easy.. and I am tired being judged..
